Job Description

We’re looking for a Producer with significant experience shipping games professionally, who is self-directed and excellent at collaborating across disciplines.

You'll work with stakeholders from all disciplines to determine priorities for the project. You'll create and maintain near term and long term production plans. And you'll ensure that team members have all the information they need to succeed.

You will also be keeping a finger on the pulse of the day to day progress of the team and facilitating collaboration. You'll be a key contributor to our team, and we'll always support your continued growth at our company.

Ideal Candidates

Excellent communication skills are your most important tool in this role, whether it is casual or formal, verbal or written.

A solid understanding of various project management methodologies (eg. waterfall, agile) and an ability to apply and adjust them to our team's unique needs is key to this role.

We consider this a senior role as there will be an emphasis on understanding priorities at the project level and aligning the efforts of all contributors on the team.

The Most Important Parts of Your Job

Professional experience: You need to be familiar with every phase of a AAA game development cycle, working with our team from prototype to release. Your team is counting on the fact that you’ve done this before, with skill and commitment.

Self-directed: If your queue is empty you won’t wait for someone to tell you what to work on. You drive your own efforts to learn and grow.

Collaborating across disciplines: You’ll be helping engineers, artists, and game designers do their job more effectively. You’ll be collecting requirements, building production plans and iterating on the processes that our team uses to deliver features on time.
